Studio Quilto LLC (hereinafter "the Company") complies with all applicable laws regarding the protection of personal information and handles and protects such information in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) as described below.
Please read the following Privacy Policy ("this Policy") carefully before purchasing our products or using our services. If you have any questions, please contact our customer support. By purchasing our products or using our services, you are deemed to have agreed to this Policy.
1. Definition of Personal Information
In this Privacy Policy, "personal information" refers to information relating to a living individual that falls under any of the following:
(1) Information that can identify a specific individual through name, date of birth, or other descriptions contained therein (including anything recorded in documents, drawings, or electromagnetic records, or expressed by voice, gesture, or other means), including information that can be cross-referenced with other data to identify a specific individual.

4. Restrictions on Use of Personal Information
Except as permitted by the APPI or other applicable laws, the Company will not handle personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the stated purpose of use without the user's consent. However, this does not apply in the following cases:
(1) When required by law (2) When necessary to protect the life, body, or property of a person, and it is difficult to obtain the user's consent (3) When particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound development of children, and it is difficult to obtain the user's consent (4) When it is necessary to cooperate with a national or local government agency or its delegate in carrying out legally mandated duties, and obtaining consent may impede such duties
5. Proper Acquisition of Personal Information
The Company acquires personal information through appropriate means and uses it within the clearly specified purposes. Information will not be shared with third parties except with the user's consent or when legal requirements are met.
6. Security Management of Personal Information
The Company takes reasonable organizational, physical, human, and technical measures to protect personal information entrusted to us, and handles it in accordance with applicable laws to prevent unauthorized access, loss, falsification, or leakage of personal data.
7. Third-Party Provision
7.1 The Company may share users' personal information with the following third parties to the extent necessary:
(1) When personal information is provided in connection with outsourcing all or part of its handling within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use (2) When personal information is transferred due to a merger or other business succession
7.2 Notwithstanding Section 7.1, except in cases falling under Section 4, when providing personal information to a third party in a foreign country (excluding countries designated by the Personal Information Protection Commission under Article 24 of the APPI, and parties that have established systems meeting the standards designated under the same article), the Company will obtain the individual's prior consent to such provision.
7.3 The Company will create and retain records of third-party provisions in accordance with Article 25 of the APPI.
7.4 When receiving personal information from third parties, the Company will conduct necessary verifications and create and retain records of such verifications in accordance with Article 26 of the APPI.
8. Disclosure and Correction of Personal Information
When a user requests disclosure or correction of personal data held by the Company, we will respond promptly through the contact below. If we determine not to comply with a request as permitted by law, we will explain the reason. This does not apply in cases where the Company is not obligated to make corrections under the APPI or other laws.
9. Suspension of Use of Personal Information
If a user requests suspension or deletion of their personal information ("suspension of use") under the APPI on the grounds that it is being used beyond the stated purpose or was obtained by fraudulent means, and the request is found to be valid, the Company will confirm the identity of the requester, suspend use of the information accordingly, and notify the user. This does not apply where the Company is not obligated to suspend use under the APPI or other laws.
10. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing
When outsourcing all or part of the handling of personal data, the Company will evaluate the contractor, enter into necessary agreements, and ensure appropriate management and supervision.
11. Use of Cookies and Other Technologies
This website uses Google Analytics, provided by Google, Inc., to improve our services. Analysis may be conducted through "cookies" (text files generated in connection with this tool), during which some user information such as IP addresses may be collected by Google, Inc. This data is used solely for analyzing site usage, generating reports for site operators, and providing other related services. By using this website, users are deemed to have consented to such data processing by Google for the purposes and methods described above.
