Payment Timing

  • Credit card: Payment is confirmed at the time of order.

Delivery Orders ship within 3–5 business days of confirmation. (No shipping on weekends, holidays, or special closures such as summer and year-end periods.) Some made-to-order items ship in approximately 1–3 months (noted on product pages). Delivery times may vary due to region, weather, or logistics. We will contact you separately if additional time is needed.

Returns, Defective Items & Cancellations Order cancellations are accepted before shipment for standard items. Made-to-order and special order items cannot be cancelled after the order is confirmed. To cancel, please note your order number and contact us at hello@studioquilto.com. Cancellations cannot be accepted once the item has already shipped, even if not yet received.

Defective items or incorrect shipments due to our error will be exchanged or refunded promptly. Returns or exchanges due to customer preference (e.g., different from expectations, sizing, ordering errors) are not accepted.

  • Please email hello@studioquilto.com within 7 days of receiving your order with details of the issue.
  • We will check stock availability and follow up with return instructions and details on exchange or refund.
  • Please return items by collect-on-delivery courier to our designated address after receiving instructions from us.
  • Shipping and handling fees for returns/exchanges due to our error are covered by us.
  • If an item is out of stock with no restock planned, we will offer an equivalent replacement or a refund.
