International Shipping Information
We’re delighted to be able to share QUILTO products with customers around the world.
We offer international shipping from Japan. If you are placing an order from overseas, please review the following information before making your purchase.
1. Shipping
All orders are shipped from Japan.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, traffic, and other circumstances. Delivery estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping carriers are selected by QUILTO based on the destination and the nature of the shipment.
2. Customs Duties, Import Taxes & Related Charges
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes (such as VAT, GST, or similar local taxes), customs clearance fees, and any other charges associated with importation are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Applicable charges vary depending on the laws and regulations of the destination country or region, customs decisions, and exchange rates. For detailed information, please contact your local customs authority.
3. Customs Clearance
For some international shipments, customers may be required to provide information or documentation in order to complete customs clearance.
This may include:
・dentification documents
・Tax identification numbers
・Additional import-related documentation
・Other information requested by customs authorities or the shipping carrier
Customers are responsible for responding to such requests.
Please note that customs inspections and clearance procedures may occasionally cause delays beyond the estimated delivery timeframe. These processes are outside of our control.
4. Customs Declaration
To comply with applicable laws and shipping regulations, we are unable to accept requests to:
・declare a lower value than the actual purchase price
・mark commercial orders as gifts
・provide inaccurate descriptions of shipment contents
・make false declarations intended to reduce customs duties or import taxes

5. Refused Deliveries & Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to any of the following reasons, we may issue a refund after deducting any costs incurred:
・refusal to pay customs duties or import taxes
・failure to provide information or documentation required for customs clearance
・extended absence
・incorrect or incomplete delivery address
・refusal to accept delivery
・any other customer-related reason that prevents successful delivery
Any return shipping costs, customs-related charges, storage fees, handling fees, or similar expenses incurred as a result of the return will be the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the total return-related costs exceed the original order amount, a refund may not be available.
6. Delivery Information
Please ensure that all shipping information is entered accurately when placing your order.
This includes:
・recipient’s full name
・full delivery address
・postal code
・building / apartment number (if applicable)
・contact phone number
Any additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information, including re-delivery charges, address correction fees, or storage fees, may be charged to the customer.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Once we confirm the details, we will guide you through the exchange or refund process.
If a shipment appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.
8. Shipping Availability
Due to carrier limitations, local laws, or other operational circumstances, we may be unable to ship to certain countries or regions.
In such cases, we may need to cancel your order.
